The Chinese Legal History Society (CLHS) is mainly operated by the decision of Board of Directors' and Board of Supervisors' meeting.  The decision make by the Members' Meeting has the highest power over the Directors' or Supervisors' meeting。To ensure all members can get needed information regarding the operations of CLHS, this website disclosed all the meeting minutes of Members' Meeting since 2002 to 2015.  In addition, the meeting minutes can serve as the historical records of how CLHS proceed in the past forty years bit by bit.
