According to article 9 and 10 of CLHS’ Charter, the directors and supervisors need to be elected in the members’ meeting and the term for the those service members will be expired at end of March, 2023.  Hence, it is decided to host the members’ meeting on March 16 (Saturday) to elect new directors and supervisors. 

To facilitate the election process, the already nominated candidates are all listed in the attachment.  For those who are interested in participating the director and supervisor election for next term, based upon the clause 2 article 6 of the Charter, are welcomed to sign in your name in the attachment and mail the copy back before March 1, 2023 to our email as follows:

Candidates with valid membership will be put into the vote for the coming election on March 16, 2023.  Chinese Legal History Society welcomes all members to participate the board and director election and provides better services to our members.
